How should I save my Image?
All images should be of the best quality that you are able to produce in jpeg, tiff. or psd formats. We are able to reduce pixels within a picture but not add. Please send images through at actual size plus 1cm in both X and Y axis, in Adobe RGB/8 1998 120-300ppi
Can I send an image by email?
Email: Yes you can. We have the capability of receiving emails up to 10MB in size. If you have a few images and they are collectively less than 10MB then they should be ok on one email. If they are larger please attach them to different emails.

Free Internet Services for Image transfer
Have you tried Internet Image transfer services before? Have a look at both mailbigfile.com and yousendit.com. These are free services where once you have opened an account you are able to send large images. They get uploaded and an alert message comes through to us to download them. Many of our customers use these services, they find them very easy to use as well as very effective.

| Can I send my images on a CD?
Yes you can. Please burn your image/s to CD or DVD in jpeg, tiff. or psd formats, in Adobe RGB/8 1998 120-300ppi. Remember to mark your CD with your contact details and include your order with your CD.

Do you have an ftp server for me to upload my images?
Yes we do. We have three general accounts on our server for everybody to use. Once we have received your images they are immediately deleted for security reasons.
Please contact us prior to using the ftp server, so that we can give you a personalised login and password.
When viewing the internet via internet explorer, Fire fox or Safari type the following into the address bar. ftp://customer.rascal-print.co.uk
Once you are into one of the folders just drag and drop you images into the folder. Please make sure that you use recognisable names for your images. Once this has been completed please email us at info@acrylic-pictures.com with your contact details, the image names and your order. You may suffer security issues depending on your computers security software and settings. If you have a proper ftp client package you will be more successful.
