How do I order?
Click on the button below to view how to send your images to us.
Once we have your image and contact details we have a look at the image, change the size if needed, and fill in an order form. We then contact you to discuss the image, take payment if not already received and also give you an estimated date of delivery.
How do I pay?
We take payment either by cheque or credit card. If you are sending your image via post and enclosing a cheque please make it payable to RASCAL PRINT LTD.
If you wish to pay by credit card, we will ring you at a convienient time to take all the appropriate details.

| I have a digital photo, what format does it have to be saved in?
We accept Jpeg files, or you can supply us with .tiff, .psd, .eps, or any other file type that can be read by Adobe Creative Suite or Corel Photo Paint.
Files should be ideally saved as Adobe RGB/8 1998 between 120 -300ppi (pixels per inch) at actual size plus 1cm in both X and Y axis. The file should be a minimum of 1-10Mb in size.
How should I supply the photographs or artwork?
We accept digital image files on CD, DVD, Zip, USB keyring or as an e.mail attachment (up to 10MB).
The easiest is often to upload files directly to our FTP server.
