Lighting your Acrylic Picture
We're often asked the question
"How do I light my acrylic?".

In short we don't advise for you to do anything special to illuminate your acrylic. The acrylic picture takes on the ambient light within the room and changes throughout the day whether it is the early morning sun, afternoon shade, or the artificial light of an evening. The mood of the Acrylic Pictures change throughout the day, creating a unique piece of art.

Naked Acrylic Pictures look best on a light coloured wall e.g. magnolia, cream or white. Although this does not need to be considered if your Acrylic Picture is Mounted.

The possibilities of displaying your Acrylic Picture are only limited by your imagination.

The image on the right shows how natural light affects the acrylic throughout the day. These images were taken from the same position at three hour intervals.
