Hi - Key Photography printed on Acrylic
Hi-key is by far the most popular effect that works fantastically well on Acrylic.

The white background is simply lost to the clear or frosted acrylic, and this means that the subject is left floating 25mm off the wall. The effect is captivating; lack of white makes the image much less jarring than a picture with a large element of white.

Acrylic pictures with white backgrounds blend comfortably with the walls upon which they are displayed, making them softer for use in a domestic environment, moving the product from mere photgraphy into the world of art.

If your clients wall's are not white, think about purchasing a white acrylic backboard. The backboard enables you to have a versatile piece of art that is very flexable with regards décor.

Lots of white in an image can create a very striking effect, with lots of clear acrylic creating a soft ethereal product. High-key portraits are 'safer' in the form where the subject is darker than the background. This means that the background disappears and the subject remains - but this can also work the other way around

Hi - Key is very modern and contemporary
