The 3 & 5mm Clear and Frosted Acrylic Panes are our similest product.
The image is printed to the reverse of the acrylic pane. It is mainly used by framers and artists to create curious products with the image floating just behind the glass (acrylic). We supply the acrylic as per our standard 5mm sizes, although the picture can easily be cut down by the picture framer.
The frosted acrylic obscures the mount behind, where as the clear acrylic is completely transparent where the picture is white. Both these acrylics can be used with full bleed images and framed images making a wide range of finishes for no extra cost.
Due to the rigidity of the 3mm acrylic it is only advisable for use it in the smaller sizes. For a more rigid product the 5mm acrylic will need to be used. | | |
